This year, The Pleasant Valley High School Foundation is pleased to announce that over $10,000 in grants has been awarded to Pleasant Valley High School:

• Four Marching Band “Crash” Cymbals
• Specialty donations for Library use – Librarian’s discretion
• Costs incurred to bring 101-year-old Holocaust survivor to PV for presentation
• Specialty Chairs and supplies for “Reset Corner” for ADHD & Emotional kids
• Funds to help students with transportation to and from PV
• Material for Sensation and Perception Labs in classrooms
• Whiteboards for student use in class
• Three class sets of the Spanish novel El Viaje de su Vido
• Technical support for two school plays
• Materials to build 4 carts for textbook storage in classrooms
• Purchase of Hi-Low books for the “Short Reads” section in the Library
• Funds for “Bonding Trip” for “Be Forever Strong Team” as reward for good GPAs
• Other, smaller, classroom needs
