Brandi Laffins was born and raised in Chico and graduated from PVHS in 1988. After graduation she earned her degree from USC in 2000. Real Estate runs in her blood. Like her mother, she has been helping people buy and sell homes in Chico for over 20 years. She was married to RJ Laffins for 23 years until his passing from ALS in 2023. Together they represented generations of Chico roots. Both RJ’s dad and Brandi’s dad graduated from Chico High School in 1952!
Brandi is the current employer of Laffins Real Estate Team at Remax of Chico. She received the Realtor of theYear Award in 2015 and the Lifetime Achievement Award in Real Estate in 2023. She was a member of the Beta Chapter of Omega Nu from 2005-2017. She served on the Sierra North from 2014 to 2020 and was president in 2019. She is currently a commissioner for the City of Chico Planning Commission. When she’s not working with clients, Brandi is usually spoiling her dogs, laughing her way through a round of golf, or soaking up family time. She loves all types of animals and would love to have a dog farm someday.
